  • Compression boot therapy is a relaxing, recovery-focused treatment designed to support circulation, lymphatic drainage, and muscle recovery. Using gentle, sequential air compression, the boots work to move fluid through the legs, helping reduce heaviness, swelling, and post-exercise soreness.

    This treatment is ideal for clients who spend long hours on their feet, train regularly, experience lower-body fatigue, or are looking to enhance overall recovery and circulation.

  • Our Recovery Room is designed to be a calm, self-guided wellness experience where you can relax, recharge, and support your body’s recovery. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following before your visit.

    Your Session

    Each booking is a private 30 - 45-minute session. During this time, you are welcome to enjoy the available amenities at your own pace, which may include:

    • PEMF mat

    • Compression boots

    • Infrared sauna or sauna blanket

    • Red light therapy

    • Tea and hydration station

    This is a self-directed experience. Our team will provide a brief orientation at your first visit, but guests are responsible for using the equipment as instructed.

  • Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience to respect the next guest’s booking.

    Keep Hydrated! Bring a water!

    For optimal benefit from red light therapy and other recovery modalities, less and lighter clothing is recommended.

    • Choose lightweight, breathable fabrics

    • Light-coloured clothing is preferred

    • Avoid thick, heavy, or bulky layers

    • Tight but thin athletic or lounge wear works best

    Thick or dense fabrics can reduce the effectiveness of certain therapies by limiting light and energy penetration to the skin.

  • The Recovery Room is intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes and is not a medical treatment.

    You should consult your healthcare provider before booking if you:

    • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

    • Have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device

    • Have uncontrolled medical conditions

    • Are sensitive to heat or light-based therapies

    • Have any concerns about using compression or PEMF therapies

  • To maintain our elevated studio environment, we kindly ask guests to:

    • Follow all posted equipment instructions

    • Keep beverages away and off of equipment

    • Be respectful of time limits

    • Leave the space tidy after use

    Our team will sanitize and reset the room between guests.
